Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2C leisure travel enquiries from lead generation to booking confirmation.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget and expectations.
- Design and recommend domestic & international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell/cross-sell hotels, flights, activities, transfers, insurance, visa services and other travel products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer data and follow up systematically.
- Stay updated with destinations, hotels,



attractions, travel trends and competitor offerings.

Skills We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Valuable understanding of travel products and holiday packages.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solution.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM / WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good English communication; Bengali/Hindi will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, ownership and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
