Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Technical Trainer(Offline trainers only- Gandhipuram, Coimbatore) to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and helping them develop industry-relevant software skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Deliver both theoretical and hands-on practical training.
- Explain software concepts clearly using real-time examples and projects.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, exercises, and project activities.
- Identify and clarify students' technical doubts.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic and counselling teams regarding student progress.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of software development and/or relevant technical domains.




- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
- Practical knowledge of software projects and development tools.
- Ability to handle students with different levels of technical knowledge.

Preferred Technical Skills

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

- Java / Python / C / C++
- JavaScript / React JS / Node.js
- MERN / Full Stack Development
- SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Software Testing / Selenium
- Data Analytics / Power BI
- AWS / Azure / DevOps
- Git / GitHub

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
