Job Description – IT Hardware & Network Support EngineerResponsibilities:

- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Installation and configuration of networking equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and LAN cabling.
- Diagnosing hardware and network issues and providing technical support.
- Preventive maintenance and regular health checks of systems and networks.
- Providing onsite and remote support to clients and internal teams.
- Maintaining service reports and technical documentation.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and network devices.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field.

Experience:

- Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply.
