Role Overview
The Health Coach – Sales Counselor is primarily a consultative sales and patient conversion role, built on a foundation of genuine health coaching knowledge. The candidate will engage prospective patients, understand their health and lifestyle concerns, and use that health coaching credibility to guide conversations toward program enrolment. Success in this role is measured by consistent lead conversion, target achievement, and revenue contribution — delivered through an ethical, patient-first counselling approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads — from first contact to program enrolment
- Convert qualified leads into program enrolments through consultative, health-coaching-led counselling
- Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries promptly, treating every enquiry as a sales opportunity
- Follow up consistently and persistently with prospective patients until a clear decision is reached
- Address patient concerns and objections confidently to move conversations toward closure




- Achieve and exceed monthly counselling, conversion, and sales/revenue targets
- Communicate program pricing, packages, and benefits clearly and ethically
- Conduct health coaching-focused counselling sessions to build credibility and trust
- Understand each patient's health, fitness, and lifestyle concerns and map them to the right program
- Coordinate with doctors, trainers, nutritionists, and clinical operations teams
- Maintain accurate lead/patient data in the CRM, tracking every stage of the sales funnel

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven consultative selling ability with a track record of hitting conversion targets
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset and follow-up discipline
- Strong health coaching knowledge applied credibly in sales conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valuable CRM/software proficiency
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Eligibility & Experience

- 4–5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated sales or conversion performance
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, hospital, clinic, or health-tech sales/counselling preferred
- Prior experience in consultative sales, patient conversion, or telesales counselling strongly preferred
- A relevant health coaching / fitness-related educational qualification required
