Performance Marketer – Meta Ads

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–5 years of experience who is highly skilled in Meta/Facebook Ads, particularly E-commerce campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns while confidently communicating with clients and presenting campaign performance and insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Independently manage E-commerce campaigns focused on purchases, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, prospecting, and scaling.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
- Conduct audience research, testing, retargeting, and creative performance analysis.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and take timely optimization decisions.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copies.
- Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Handle client communication independently, understand client requirements, address queries, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement corrective strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Must have hands-on experience running E-commerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Purchase/Conversion campaigns, Prospecting, Retargeting, and Scaling strategies.
- Experience working with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Solid client-handling and communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to present campaign performance and explain strategies, challenges, and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Location: On-Site – Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: As per market standards, based on experience and skills

Must Have: Own Laptop
Preferred: Immediate Joiner

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
