We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist who can proactively build a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach. The candidate will be responsible for finding the right prospects, engaging them through multiple channels, following up consistently, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed prospect research to identify relevant businesses and decision-makers.
- Create and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp Marketing for outbound lead generation.
- Run personalized cold-email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Use AI tools to research prospects and create personalized outreach messages.
- Develop structured follow-up sequences for interested and non-responsive prospects.
- Engage prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Track outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
- Regularly improve outreach strategies based on response and conversion rates.
- Meet monthly lead-generation and qualified-meeting targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation/outbound sales/outreach.
- Practical knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience with cold email and WhatsApp Marketing.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for sales and marketing outreach.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize communication.
- Target-driven with robust organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
