We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive – Meta Ads to take complete ownership of our paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage significant ad spend, continuously optimise performance, identify what is and isn't working, and be directly accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage all Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands/projects.
- Plan campaign strategy, budgets, audiences and objectives.
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and landing pages.
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective action.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage retargeting, lookalike and prospecting campaigns.
- Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign tracking are correctly implemented.
- Analyse the complete funnel from ad click to lead/enrolment/conversion.
- Prepare explicit weekly performance reports covering spend, results, learnings and next actions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and scale successful campaigns.
- Stay updated on Meta advertising changes, algorithms and best practices.





What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong experience managing and optimising performance campaigns.
- Proven ability to improve CPL/CPA and ROAS.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI and attribution.
- Comfortable analysing campaign and conversion data.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing funnels.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns/brands simultaneously.
- Ability to take ownership without requiring constant supervision.

You won't be measured by the number of campaigns launched. You'll be measured by performance — better-quality leads/conversions, lower acquisition costs, stronger ROAS and consistent improvement month over month.
