Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Sales professionals to drive client acquisition for Recruiting Genie’s Hire. Access. Build. solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and connect with founders, HR leaders and decision-makers.

· Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and referrals.

· Understand business hiring and people-related requirements.

· Pitch relevant Recruiting Genie solutions and convert prospects into clients.

· Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups and CRM updates.

· Schedule discovery calls and support commercial negotiations.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

· 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Recruitment Sales.

· Solid communication,



pitching and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable with LinkedIn, email and outbound calling.

· Target-oriented, self-driven and proactive.

· Ability to engage confidently with founders and senior decision-makers.
