Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute online and offline promotional activities and BTL campaigns.
- Manage Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials such as boards, banners, danglers, streamers, bags, T-shirts, and other branding materials.
- Handle order placement, vendor coordination, and rate finalisation.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility across dealer and outlet points.
- Identify market branding requirements and coordinate for necessary approvals and execution.
- Plan and coordinate brand stalls, counters, decorations, exhibitions, melas, expos, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and distributors to ensure proper distribution and effective utilisation of POP materials.
- Collect and maintain market and outlet branding data.
- Review outlet photographs and branding execution to ensure compliance with brand requirements.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing (SMM) team for photographs and content required for online promotions.
- Develop and implement new promotional and branding concepts.




- Monitor the effectiveness and execution of marketing and branding activities in the assigned market.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, BTL, Brand Activation, Field Marketing, or Brand Promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable vendor and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong execution, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales Teams, distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
- Good understanding of offline branding, promotional activities, and field marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
