Production Engineer - Plant

Location: Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities for wires & cables manufacturing.
- Ensure achievement of production targets as per quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production processes, machine utilization, rejection and wastage.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance and Stores for smooth production operations.
- Supervise shop-floor manpower and ensure adherence to Job Cards and process parameters.
- Maintain production records and prepare MIS reports for management.

Cable Manufacturing, Production Operations, Shop Floor Management, Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Process Improvement, Quality & Safety Compliance.

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

7–8 years of relevant experience in the wires & cables industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
