Irrigation System Management

- Manage, operate, and maintain complete irrigation systems across the farmhouse landscape, gardens, lawns, and plantation areas.

- Ensure efficient water distribution and optimum irrigation performance.

Installation & Operation

- Install, operate, and maintain:

- Drip Irrigation Systems

- Sprinkler Irrigation Systems

- Rain Gun Systems

- Automatic Irrigation Controllers & Automation Systems

Repair & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and resolve issues including:

- Pipeline leakages

- Pressure fluctuations and pressure loss

- Nozzle clogging

- Uneven water distribution

- Valve malfunctions

- Pump and motor-related problems

Pumps, Motors & Filtration Systems

- Operate, inspect, and maintain irrigation pumps, motors, filtration units, valves, and related accessories.

- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Horticulture Equipment Maintenance

- Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance of petrol and battery-operated horticulture equipment, including:

- Lawn Mowers

- Brush Cutters

- Hedge Trimmers

- Leaf Blowers

- Other landscape maintenance equipment

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain:

- Irrigation schedules

- Equipment maintenance records

- Consumable inventory logs

- Service reports

- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and handle routine email communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in:

- Irrigation Engineering





- Agriculture

- Horticulture

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Or any related technical discipline

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in:

- Farmhouses

- Resorts

- Golf Courses

- Large Landscape Projects

- Commercial Gardens

- Irrigation Maintenance Operations

Technical Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of:

- Drip Irrigation Systems

- Sprinkler Irrigation Systems

- Irrigation Automation

- Pipeline Installation & Maintenance

- Water Pressure Management

- Pump & Motor Maintenance

- Irrigation Troubleshooting

Computer Skills

- Basic proficiency in:

- MS Excel

- Email Communication

- Record Keeping & Reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.

- Comfortable working in outdoor/site conditions.

- Good coordination skills with field staff, contractors, and external vendors.

- Ability to plan preventive maintenance and ensure uninterrupted irrigation operations.
