E-commerce Executive — GemJohri
GemJohri is hiring an energetic E-commerce Executive to help bring our gemstone collections to life online. If you love gems, enjoy working online, and are comfortable with Excel, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Overview You'll manage our website's product listings, coordinate across teams, and help ensure every gem is presented accurately and beautifully to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on our website
- List gem lots with accurate, detailed descriptions
- Maintain clean, organized data in Excel
- Coordinate with the videography team for product shoots
- Liaise with the lab for testing and certification
- Ensure smooth, on-time dispatch of orders
- Serve as the communication link between teams
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills
Basic proficiency in Excel
A team player with positive coordination skills
Sharp attention to detail
Freshers welcome; up to 2 years' experience preferred (training provided)
