Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to improve business processes, coordinate with internal teams, support operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth in the stock market advisory business. The role involves working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Research, and Compliance teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Research, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare business reports and process documentation.
- Assist in improving client onboarding and operational workflows.
- Support implementation of business initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.




- Work with CRM and internal business systems

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial markets.
- Knowledge of stock market or investment products is preferred.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
