Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle administrative, data management, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain records accurately in company systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, invoices, documents, and other MIS reports.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data management.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments.
- Follow up on pending tasks, orders, payments, or documentation as required.
- Verify data and ensure accuracy of records.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and routine office communication.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, operations, or data-entry roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MIS/report preparation is preferred.
