Business Development Executive | ₹20K–₹30K

Shastika Global Impex Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our business development team.

Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads
- Research potential customers and identify decision-makers
- Handle B2B client communication through calls, emails and online platforms
- Prepare and deliver business proposals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track lead status,



follow-ups and conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly business development targets

Preferred Skills:

- Solid communication and presentation skills
- B2B sales/business development experience
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach and lead-generation platforms is an advantage
