About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent English communication and writing skills, are interested in business development and client interaction, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales.

You do not need prior sales experience. We are looking for candidates with the right communication skills, attitude, confidence, learning ability, and willingness to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other qualified channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle client queries and communicate solutions clearly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
- Assist in preparing skilled business emails, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Understand sales targets and work consistently toward achieving them.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.
- Continuously learn and improve sales, communication,



and business development skills.
