We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lab Technician to support the Pharmacy Department in conducting practical classes, maintaining laboratory facilities, handling equipment and chemicals, and ensuring a safe and well-organized laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist faculty members in conducting pharmacy practical classes and laboratory demonstrations.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, reagents, and other materials required for practical sessions.
- Maintain and operate pharmacy laboratory equipment and instruments properly.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and disposal of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory materials.
- Maintain laboratory records, stock registers, equipment registers, and issue/return records.
- Monitor inventory and inform the concerned authority regarding requirements and shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the laboratory.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment and instruments are in working condition and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Assist students and faculty during practical sessions as required.
- Follow institutional laboratory safety protocols and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support the department in practical examinations, inspections,



demonstrations, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Head of Department/Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm) or relevant qualification.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy laboratory procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety practices.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively with faculty members and students.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
