Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for a Technical Engineer – Site Erection & Commissioning with hands-on experience in the Crusher / Crushing & Screening Equipment industry.

The candidate will be responsible for site erection, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support of crushing plant and related equipment at customer/project sites.

Important: This position is ONLY for candidates having relevant experience in the Crusher / Crushing Plant / Crushing & Screening Equipment field.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute erection and installation of crushing and screening equipment at project sites.
- Carry out mechanical erection, alignment, leveling and installation of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and related equipment.
- Lead site commissioning activities and ensure equipment is started and operated as per technical specifications.
- Conduct trial runs and performance checks after installation and commissioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and operational issues during commissioning.
- Coordinate with customers, site contractors, electricians, fabricators and project teams.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, GA drawings and equipment layouts.
- Check equipment alignment, foundation requirements, belt/conveyor installation and other mechanical parameters.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams during erection and commissioning.
- Prepare site reports, commissioning reports and service/inspection reports.
- Support breakdown analysis and corrective maintenance when required.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at customer/project sites.
- Travel to customer sites/project locations as required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Crusher / Crushing Plant / Crushing & Screening Equipment.
- Hands-on experience in site erection and commissioning of crushers and crushing plants.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical equipment, conveyors, screens, feeders and crusher systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment layouts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer/project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:

- Jaw Crusher
- Cone Crusher
- Impact Crusher
- VSI Crusher
- Vibrating Screen
- Grizzly Feeder
- Belt Conveyor
- Crushing & Screening Plant
- Aggregate / Stone Crushing Plant
- Crusher Plant Erection
- Crusher Plant Commissioning
- Crusher Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong practical knowledge of heavy machinery and crushing equipment.
- Comfortable working at project/customer sites.
- Capable of independently handling erection and commissioning activities.
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors.
- Ready to travel as per project requirements.
- Candidates from Crusher, Crushing Plant, Mining Equipment or Crushing & Screening Equipment companies will be preferred.
