9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

· Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is not just about managing accounts—it’s about ideating, scripting, and creating content that truly connects with our audience. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who can balance strategy with execution and deliver measurable growth across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand goals and vision.

· Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.

· Research emerging trends, hashtags, and formats to maintain a strong and relevant brand presence.

Content Creation

· Conceptualize and produce original content: reels, shorts, carousels, stories, and posts.

· Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts tailored for different platforms.

· Collaborate with internal teams for shoots and create self-shot content when required.

Community Building & Engagement





· Engage actively with followers through comments, DMs, and live sessions.

· Build and nurture a strong online community by fostering meaningful interactions.

· Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators to expand brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.

· Prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

· Leverage analytics to refine and optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

· Skilled in content ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing.

· Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong execution ability.
