Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their business needs.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through effective lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads and successfully convert them into customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of productivity and performance.
- Accurately update and manage customer information, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and post-sales experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position solutions and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
