Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Import and Domestic Purchase activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and order placement.
- Handle Import & Export Documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and customs requirements.
- Oversee Management of Inventory and Planning to maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Plan and manage Scheduling of Dispatch to ensure timely delivery in line with production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate Transport & Courier operations, liaising with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely movement of goods.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and pricing to support cost control and continuity of supply.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, finance, sales)



to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and domestic procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with inventory planning and warehouse/stock management.
- Valuable coordination and negotiation skills with vendors, transporters, and courier agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems used for purchase and inventory management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
