- Assist the QA team in daily quality and food safety inspections of production and storage areas.
- Conduct basic checks for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products as per approved specifications.
- Support GMP, GHP and hygiene inspections and report deviations.
- Assist in maintaining QA records, checklists, inspection reports and documentation.
- Support sampling and coordination with laboratories for microbiological and chemical testing.
- Monitor cleaning, sanitation and personal hygiene practices in the facility.
- Assist in pest control monitoring and verification.
- Support investigation and documentation of non-conformities, customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Assist during internal,



customer and regulatory audits and help maintain required records.
- Verify basic production and quality control records for completeness and compliance.
- Support traceability, product identification and batch documentation activities.
- Participate in food safety and quality improvement projects assigned by the QA team.
- Learn and follow applicable FSSAI requirements, GMP/GHP and internal food safety procedures.
- Escalate any observed food safety, hygiene or quality issues to the QA supervisor.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
