MAHASHANKH Design & Technology is hiring an experienced Senior BPO Calling & Sales Executive with a strong track record in lead conversion and sales closing.

Senior BPO Calling & Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Jaipur / Patna / Remote, depending on business requirements

Key Requirement

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience in BPO calling, telesales and lead conversion.

This is not only a calling position. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and qualified customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions, objections and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Convert leads into paid customers.
- Close sales through phone, WhatsApp and online meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily sales and conversion reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Performance Metrics

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

Calls → Conversations → Qualified Leads → Follow-ups → Conversions → Revenue





Candidates who can demonstrate previous conversion results will be strongly preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO calling, telesales, telemarketing or inside sales.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and sales closing.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to handle high-volume professional calls.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with CRM, Excel or sales management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.

Salary and Incentives

Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Conversion-Based Commission

Compensation will depend on experience, sales performance and demonstrated conversion ability.
