About the Role

Cretebots Digital Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to produce engaging visual content that showcases our projects, technology, workplace activities, events, and brand story.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete content process — from planning and capturing footage to editing and preparing videos for different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos and photographs for construction projects, company activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture footage suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos.
- Add appropriate transitions, music, text, graphics, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Create short-form content that communicates ideas clearly and captures audience attention.
- Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and project teams to understand content requirements.
- Organize and maintain video footage, photographs,



and project media files.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, and composition.
- Practical knowledge of video editing and post-production.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to create engaging Reels, short videos, and YouTube content.
- Basic knowledge of photography and visual storytelling.
- Creative approach with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. However, freshers with a strong portfolio, good editing skills, and creative ability are also encouraged to apply.
