Role Overview & Objective

- Primary Goal: Drive showroom or field sales revenue, convert walk-in or digital leads, and build lasting relationships with customers, interior designers, and architects.
- Work Setting: Retail showrooms, design studios, or field/B2B operations (visiting clients, sites, and trade partners)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls to turn prospective buyers into confirmed clients.
- Client Consultation: Understand client style preferences, room layouts, and budgets to recommend matching home decor items.
- Product Presentation: Showcase catalogs, mood boards, samples, and displays of lighting, fabrics, wallpapers, and accessories.
- Quotations & Closing: Prepare cost estimates, negotiate pricing or packages, and finalize sales contracts.
- Relationship Management: Partner with local architects,



interior designers, and contractors to secure referral networks.
- Store/Showroom Upkeep: Maintain visual merchandising standards, accurate inventory records, and CRM updates.

Core Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in retail sales, luxury retail, or home furnishings/decor.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
