This role sits at the intersection of training, partnerships, and institutional outreach.

Role Overview

As an Associate – Training & Partnerships, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery while building relationships with educational institutions and partners. You will support programme management, institutional outreach, partnership development, content creation, trainer development, and impact reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Quality & Training Operations

- Coordinate and manage training calendars and schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensure quality standards.
- Collect participant feedback and recommend programme improvements.
- Manage training logistics, attendance, materials, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate training records and trackers.

Business Development – Schools & Colleges

- Identify and research potential schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Present training solutions tailored to institutional needs.




- Follow up on proposals and support the closure of training engagements.
- Maintain and update business development pipelines.

Partnerships & Institutional Relations

- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and training institutions.
- Facilitate onboarding and engagement of new partners.
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and team-oriented opportunities.
- Track partnership outcomes and referral leads.

Content & Curriculum Support

- Support the development and refinement of training content and facilitator guides.
- Customize learning materials based on client requirements.
- Maintain a structured repository of training resources.
- Conduct basic training needs assessments and incorporate learning insights into programme updates.

Training Facilitation

- Co-facilitate and independently facilitate workshops, training sessions, and orientation programmes.
- Support trainer development through observation and feedback.
- Stay updated on training methodologies and facilitation practices.

Reporting & Impact Documentation

- Maintain attendance, feedback, and outcome records.
- Prepare monthly reports on training activities, partnerships,



and business development efforts.
- Collect testimonials, case studies, and programme impact data.
- Support proposal and pitch deck development.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

- Experience facilitating training sessions for students and/or adults.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in teacher training, educational outreach, or learning & development.
- Existing network within schools, colleges, or NGOs.
- Exposure to instructional design or curriculum development.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic reporting tools.
