About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our School ERP solution to schools and educational institutions in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence, and an interest in building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and educational institutions to promote the School ERP.
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits and other sales activities.
- Meet school owners, principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Explain the features and benefits of the School ERP.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for demos, quotations,



and client onboarding.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales/business development can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with school authorities.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with regular field visits across Jaipur.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
