- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads for timely closure of vacancies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as open positions, interviews, selections, and joining.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
