Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, posters, banners, brochures and promotional creatives for the hospital.
- Design creatives for health awareness campaigns, doctor profiles, events and hospital services.
- Maintain consistency with Bawa Hospital’s brand guidelines, colours and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Management teams to understand design requirements.
- Handle multiple design requirements and deliver work within timelines.
- Prepare designs suitable for both digital platforms and printing.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure quality output.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
- Strong creativity and visual communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of typography, layouts, colours and branding.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Healthcare/hospital design experience will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
