We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us find new clients and grow our IT business. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in an IT or software company.

The candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in speaking with clients, and know how to find and approach potential customers. As a growing startup, we need someone who can work independently, make decisions, take ownership, and manage the business development process.

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for our IT/software services.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold email, cold calling, online research, business directories, lead databases, referrals, networking, and other B2B channels.
- Identify decision-makers, understand their requirements,



and start conversations with potential clients.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, meetings, and proposals.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Explore new markets and lead-generation methods to bring quality opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand client requirements and move opportunities towards closure.
- Take ownership of targets, make decisions, solve problems, and be accountable for results.
- Candidates with a fresh profile can also apply if they are confident, willing to learn, and ready to build a sales channel from scratch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
