We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Faculty member to teach Diploma Engineering students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom communication skills, and the ability to conduct practical laboratory sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Electrical Engineering subjects according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Evaluate students through tests, practicals, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and departmental documentation.
- Guide students in projects, internships, technical competitions, and career development.
- Support departmental, examination, accreditation, and institutional activities.
- Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to make learning practical and engaging.
- Maintain classroom discipline and provide academic guidance to students.

Required Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- M.E./M.Tech candidates will be preferred.




- Qualification must be from a recognized university or institution.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Circuit Theory, Basic Electronics, Electrical Measurements, and Wiring.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct electrical laboratory practicals safely.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in teaching Diploma students.

Experience:

- Teaching or relevant industrial experience is preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
