Role Purpose:
To increase retail sales, improve local brand visibility, and support customer acquisition through store-level marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support stores in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute local promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify corporate, institutional, bulk-sales, and local partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate mall, hypermarket, exhibition, and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor visits and report on pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.
- Develop relationships with nearby businesses, residential communities, and event organizers.
- Coordinate promotional materials, displays, offers, and campaign execution.
- Support new store openings and product launches.
- Track campaign expenses, leads, conversions, and sales generated.




- Work with the digital marketing and design teams for local campaigns.
- Collect store and customer feedback for improving products and promotions.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing activity reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and promotional activities.
- Knowledge of the local market and Malayalam/English; Tamil would be an advantage for Coimbatore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
