We are a natural-fibre brush manufacturer and exporter at Elluvillai, Rajakkamangalam, Kanyakumari District. We are hiring an Accounts Executive to run our day-to-day accounts independently and keep our records audit-ready.

The work:

- Daily entries in Tally — sales, purchases, receipts and payments
- GST work: e-invoices, e-way bills, and monthly GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B preparation along with our auditor
- Bank reconciliation and payment tracking
- Payroll: attendance-based salary and wage calculation, advances, and final settlement sheets
- Stock, purchase and production records — making sure what happens on the shop floor matches what enters the books
- Export documentation support: invoices, packing lists and shipment records
- Support during statutory, GST and scheme audits

Who can apply:

- B.Com / M.Com with working knowledge of Tally and Excel




- 1–3 years of accounts experience preferred; robust freshers with Tally certification may apply
- Kanyakumari District candidates only. You must travel daily to Rajakkamangalam on your own — no accommodation and no transport provided
- Six days a week, Sunday off

Pay:

- First 3 months (probation): ₹13,000 per month
- On confirmation: ₹15,000 per month
