We are looking for Malayalam-speaking Voice Process Executives to handle customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
