SAP FICO Business Analyst – Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to support Finance transformation, business process improvements, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP FI/CO functional knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business requirements with IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, BRDs, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Conduct workshops and requirement discussions with Finance stakeholders.
- Support SAP FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, manage defects, and support business validation.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot SAP issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform financial data validation, reconciliation, and process analysis.




- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong SAP FI/CO functional experience with positive understanding of Finance business processes.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Finance users and IT teams in SAP environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

- SAP FI/CO as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant: 5 years (Preferred)
