Integrated Talent Solution Architect (CL-6)

Role Overview

The Integrated Talent Solution Architect is responsible for shaping and designing end-to-end Talent Managed Services solutions for clients across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Skills, Workforce Administration, Employee Experience, and HR Shared Services.

The role combines expertise in Talent operations, platform-enabled transformation, Agentic AI, and commercial solutioning to create scalable, outcome-based solutions that deliver business value, operational efficiency, and enhanced employee experience. The individual will lead solution development for large pursuits, working across consulting, technology, data & AI, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Deal Leadership

- Lead the design of integrated Talent Managed Services solutions for complex pursuits and transformation opportunities.
- Translate client requirements into scalable operating models, delivery structures, and commercial solutions.
- Develop solution narratives, staffing models, transition approaches, pricing inputs, and business cases.
- Support client presentations, workshops, and solution defence sessions.

Talent Operations & Managed Services

- Design future-ready Talent service delivery models across:
- Talent Acquisition / RPO
- Talent Management
- Learning & Skills Operations
- Workforce Administration
- Employee Experience Services
- HR Shared Services

- Define governance, service levels, process ownership, and global delivery strategies.
- Drive productivity and service excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

AI & Agentic Talent Solutions

- Embed Agentic AI, Generative AI, digital assistants, and workflow automation into Talent service designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve experience, quality, speed, and productivity across Talent processes.
- Develop AI-enabled operating models incorporating human-in-the-loop controls,



governance, and Responsible AI principles.
- Quantify AI-driven business value and operational perks.

Platform & Technology Integration

- Design solutions leveraging leading Talent and HR platforms including Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and emerging Talent ecosystem tools.
- Collaborate with technology and platform teams to define integrations, automation opportunities, and digital employee experiences.
- Enable platform-led service transformation and operational efficiency.

Consulting & Transformation

- Advise clients on Talent operating model transformation and managed service strategies.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, value realization cases, and future-state process designs.
- Bring industry trends, benchmarks, and innovation-led thinking into client solutions.

Qualifications

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or HR outsourcing solutioning, consulting, or operations leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Talent and HR service delivery models.
- Experience designing managed services, outsourcing, or transformation solutions.
- Exposure to HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting large, complex pursuits and commercial discussions.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Talent managed services, RPO, HR shared services, or MPHRO engagements.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, and AI-enabled workforce solutions.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, or adjacent Talent platforms.
- Global delivery and transition experience.
