Position: Civil Engineer – Property Valuation
Location: Trichy, Puducherry
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Including Allowances)
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Type: Field Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property site inspections and verify land/building details
- Perform measurements and boundary verification using FMB sketches
- Assess land value and estimate construction costs
- Compare Government Guideline Value with market rates
- Prepare valuation reports for bank loan processing
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil and property-related concepts
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Freshers with robust interest in property valuation can also apply
