Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Contractor with 6–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and IBM Cognos, along with a positive understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and metrics.

The role will focus on transforming complex enterprise datasets into actionable insights and developing executive-level dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Cognos.
- Create and publish executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance reports for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with ITAM, Finance, Procurement, Software Asset Management, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Develop data models, visualizations, and reporting frameworks supporting ITAM operations and software compliance initiatives.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Automate recurring reporting processes and improve dashboard performance.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and meaningful visualizations.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics,



Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Tableau
- Microsoft Power BI
- IBM Cognos Analytics
- Strong experience with SQL and data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience developing executive and leadership dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling best practices.
- Knowledge of data modeling, KPI development, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and multiple data sources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and/or Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Familiarity with ITAM tools such as:
- Flexera One
- ServiceNow
- Tanium
- Lansweeper
- Snow Software
- Similar ITAM/SAM platforms
- Understanding of software licensing and compliance reporting.
- Experience with technology spend analysis and software/hardware inventory management.
- Experience with cloud reporting across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and data manipulation.

Success Criteria

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
