Key Requirements

- Strong/Advanced Autodesk Revit & BIM skills
- Expertise in 3D Rendering – Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray or Twinmotion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Experience in architectural design, BIM modelling, technical drawings & rendering
- Knowledge of construction detailing, building bylaws & NBC guidelines
- Ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP & Site teams
- Good 3D visualization, presentation & client-handling skills
- Valuable communication skills

- Valid COA Registration
