About the Role

We’re an upcoming kidswear brand looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to build our digital presence and shape how our brand is seen, shared, and remembered.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, fashion/lifestyle content, storytelling, campaigns, and creator marketing—and can turn ideas into engaging content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy and content calendar.
- Manage day-to-day social media platforms, including Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage engaging Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns, and other social content.
- Conceptualise creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity and target audience.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, product shoots, and campaign shoots.
- Work with photographers, videographers, designers, creators, and other external partners.
- Identify relevant influencers and content creators and build creator collaborations.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and brand campaigns.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.




- Help build and grow an engaged online community around the brand.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, kidswear, D2C, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently develop content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Good understanding of content creation and basic video editing.
- Experience in coordinating shoots and working with creators/influencers.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to understand brand aesthetics and maintain consistency across content.
- A creative portfolio/social media work sample will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
