Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecalling Computer Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate data entry for solar plant installation inquiries. The role will involve both telecalling and using computers for record-keeping and customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling to prospective customers for solar plant installations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and inquiries in our system.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up calls for sales and installation teams.
- Provide detailed information to customers about the solar products and services offered.
- Manage customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work efficiently with the computer to input, update,
and track customer data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a growing company.
