Job Description – Store Executive

Position: Store Executive
Department: Stores / Operations
Location: Accharpura Industrial Area, Bhopal
Reporting To: Senior Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect and properly store all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and physical registers.
- Issue raw materials, consumables and other items against authorized requisitions.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department for replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records and other store documents.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging and systematic storage of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S practices in the store.
- Report shortages, damages, excess stock or unauthorized material movement to the reporting manager.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual stock audits.
- Ensure timely updating of all inward and outward material transactions in ERP.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel and inventory management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to maintain systematic records and inventory discipline.

Responsibility

The Store Executive will be responsible for accurate inventory records, proper material handling, timely material issue, documentation and overall discipline of the assigned store area.
