We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC / VMC Programmer to manage and optimize programming for our diverse fleet of machining centers. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in writing, troubleshooting, and proving programs for high-end CNC and VMC machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Programming & Setup: Develop, test, and execute G-code and M-code programs for our range of CNC and VMC machines.
- Machine Fleet Management: Successfully manage programming and setups across various machine brands including Jyoti, AMS, Lokesh, PUMA, Macpower, LMW, ACE, KTM, and Makino.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex 2D/3D engineering drawings and blueprints to plan machining sequences.
- Tooling & Fixtures: Select correct cutting tools, inserts, holders, and design fixtures to optimize cycle time and reduce scrap.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high precision and accuracy of components by inspecting parts using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve online programming errors, alignment issues,



and tool wear problems during production.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum [Insert years, e.g., 3–6 years] of strong experience in CNC/VMC programming.
- Machine Expertise: Mandatory experience working with Makino, PUMA, Jyoti, LMW, and ACE machines.
- Controller Knowledge: Strong expertise in controllers typically used on these machines (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die Making.
- Good understanding of cycle time reduction and productivity improvement techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
