Location: Kochi / Trivandrum – Hybrid
Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Eastern Time Zone)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Accounting & Compliance Associate to support Accounts Payable, accounting operations, reconciliations, month-end activities, and finance-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Payable / P2P activities including invoice processing and payment-related tasks.
- Perform account and data reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing, accruals, schedules, and reporting.
- Process accounting transactions accurately and within timelines.
- Handle day-to-day finance queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow accounting policies, controls, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and reports.
- Support finance initiatives and process improvement activities.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting / Finance Operations.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and controls.
- Experience in AP/P2P, invoice processing, reconciliation, and month-end activities.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.




- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and query-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work 7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST shift is mandatory.

Preferred

- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience in a global finance/accounting environment.
- Exposure to US processes is an advantage.
