About The Rachsan Store

The Rachsan Store is a growing e-commerce business operating across multiple online sales channels. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and grow our online marketplaces and website.

Platforms You Will Handle

- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- E-Roch / E-commerce marketplace
- The Rachsan Store's own website

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and operate Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplace seller accounts.
- Manage the company's own e-commerce website.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and catalogs.
- Manage product pricing, inventory, orders, cancellations and returns.
- Monitor marketplace account health and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and manage Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance and marketplace reports.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve product rankings.
- Manage promotions, deals, offers and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinate with the team for inventory, dispatch and order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for current product launches and marketplace growth.




- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Take ownership of overall marketplace performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

- 1+ year of relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central is required.
- Experience with Meesho and other marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising and product SEO.
- Good knowledge of inventory, order and return management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales growth.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based commission on sales.
