Job Summary

Parevartan E Verse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Research Intern to support the development of a hardware-based product. The role involves product and hardware research, component sourcing, vendor identification, coordination, quotation comparison, and negotiation.

The selected candidate will work closely with the internal team to identify suitable hardware components and suppliers based on product requirements, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the hardware and component requirements of the product being developed.
- Research suitable hardware components, materials, equipment, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, and availability.
- Contact vendors through calls and emails to gather information regarding specifications, pricing, MOQ, availability, and delivery timelines.




- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Assist in negotiating prices and commercial terms with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, samples, orders, delivery, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal product and technical teams to ensure sourced components match product specifications.
- Compare vendors based on price, quality, specifications, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, quotations, pricing, specifications, and communications.

Requirements

- Students or recent graduates from Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, or related fields can apply.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of sourcing, procurement, or vendor management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
