We are looking for a Redis DBA/Engineer to provide operational support for managed Redis services across AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI, focusing on availability, performance, security and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Education: Any bachelor's or Master's degree
- Manage cloud-managed Redis environments across multiple cloud platforms.
- Configure and maintain Redis clusters, replication and high availability.
- Monitor memory utilization, latency, connections and throughput.
- Troubleshoot performance and availability issues.
- Manage backup, snapshots and recovery.
- Support upgrades, patching and maintenance.
- Implement authentication, encryption and access controls.
- Monitor Redis using cloud-native monitoring tools.
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Support automation using Terraform and cloud-native tools.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and service requests.
- Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and standards.
