Bliss Red Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales. We are looking for an experienced, target-driven, and customer-focused Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-generated leads and convert prospects into sales
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
- Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales
- Prior Real Estate Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Graduate; MBA preferred
- Two-wheeler mandatory
