We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee the daily operations of THE VAG EXPERT. The candidate will manage workshop activities, sales coordination, and ensure high-quality service for German cars like Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, and Skoda.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the workshop and sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality work
- Manage inventory of automotive parts and performance products
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and job cards
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle service and modifications
- Monitor sales performance and increase business growth
- Maintain discipline and workflow in the workshop

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive workshop or service center management
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of German cars (VW, Audi, BMW, Skoda) preferred
- Robust communication skills (Hindi / English)
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and customer handling

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
