Job Description :

Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in steering our technology initiatives to new heights.

- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support to hotel staff.
- Maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables, ensuring accurate records.




- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support.

Qualifications :

MCA/ Diploma in I.T.

- Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for clear user support.
- Guest -centric mindset prioritizing prompt IT assistance.
- Proven leadership fostering a positive work workplace.
- Adaptable under pressure, handling multiple priorities.
- Commitment to data security and compliance.
- Familiarity with hotel applications is advantageous.

Experience :

5 years minimum.(hotel perefered)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
